Processing Time

All items are made to order, which means your order is created just for you after purchase. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. In some cases, total delivery time may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be delayed due to weather, holidays, high order volume, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Role With it is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
